Refund Policy
We understand plans can change. Refund eligibility depends on timing, so please review the summary below before registering.

When Refunds Apply
Refunds are available if a request is submitted at least 14 days before the program begins. This allows time to finalize team formation, insurance, scheduling, and field planning.
Once the program begins, refunds are no longer available because most costs have already been committed.
Team Placement & Exceptions
If Leander FC is unable to place your child on a team, a full refund will be issued.
While we do our best to accommodate coach and teammate requests, these cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, team or coach preferences do not qualify for refunds.
Additional notes:
- Competitive (Select) Spring teams are non-refundable
- Registration fees cannot be transferred or deferred to another season
- Approved refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian using our online form.
Processing Timeline
Refunds are processed beginning approximately three weeks after Opening Day. When possible, refunds are returned to the original payment method used at registration.
